How long does it take to receive credit for an evaluation?
Most of the product evaluation surveys that Mindshare is affiliated with will notify us in realtime. Some may take up to five (5) days, so please be patient if you don’t receive payment immediately.
Do all of your product evaluation surveys require the use of a credit card?
No. While many surveys do require a credit card to complete the product evaluation portion of the survey, many survey opportunities and invitations do not. We are always working to add more surveys to the database that will not require a credit card, so please check back often.
Can I be paid by paper check instead of Paypal? How long does it take to recieve a check?
At this time we do not have options for payment besides PayPal. We will let you know when we add new options for payment.
How long does it take before I see a payment in my PayPal account?
We will send you your payment as soon as we receive verification that you have completed both the evaluation and the evaluation survey. Please note that transactions to and from PayPal always take a few days to process, but you will see the payment being processed in your PayPal account.
How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account into my checking account?
Withdrawing funds is easy. Simply sign into your PayPal account and click the "Withdraw" link under the "My Account" tab. Follow the instructions and contact PayPal directly if you need help. We have no control over your PayPal account and do not have the capacity to answer questions regarding your PayPal account or how to gain access to funds.
How much does it cost to join the survey companies?
The survey companies in our Top 15 list are all free to join. They are a great way to earn extra monthly income.
Can I take a survey even though I have used this product or service before?
These surveys are available to users who have not previously registered or used the product, as the initial sign-up process is crucial to the product evaluation survey.
To update the email address on the email list, please go to your profile page and you can update it there.
I would like to cancel a product membership, how do I find contact information?
Please refer to the product web site's terms and conditions to find contact information. You can typically find this information at the bottom of any web page on the product web site.
How do I cancel my membership with Mindshare Surveys Research?
Please use the Delete Account link on your profile page. In addition to this please click on the unsubscribe link that you will find in any of the emails that we have sent you. Once you do those two things, your account will be deleted and you will stop receiving emails from us.
Once we receive a confirmation of completion from the third party and have received your survey evaluation, we will credit your Mindshare Surveys account. Each product evaluation is different and may take about 5 business days to be properly verified. Please also remember that you must start the product evaluation using the link on the Mindshare Surveys Research web site in order for us to track completion.
I have contacted Mindshare Surveys and have yet to receive a response. Why?
Please make sure you add support@mindsharesurveys.com to your address book or safe list. It may take up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email.
